Boron Nitride Plate, also known as BN Plate, is a high-performance ceramic plate made from boron nitride (BN) powder. It is a white, highly crystalline material with a hexagonal lattice structure that gives it exceptional thermal and mechanical properties.
BN Plates are produced using a hot-pressing process that involves applying heat and pressure to BN powder, resulting in a highly dense, uniform material with excellent strength and thermal conductivity.

Please notice, as a CVD material, pyrolytic boron nitride sheets could not be very thick. The largest thickness available for our PBN sheet is 0.2". We also provide PBN crucibles, tubes, and heating elements!
