Titanium tubes/pipes can be manufactured using different processes, such as seamless or welded. Seamless tubes/pipes are produced by piercing a solid titanium billet and then drawing the material through a series of dies to achieve the desired diameter and wall thickness. Welded tubes/pipes, on the other hand, are made by rolling a flat titanium sheet into a cylinder and then welding the seam.
