CG MATERIAL

Boron Nitride Tube, BN Tube

Boron Nitride Tube, BN Tube

Boron Nitride Tube, also known as BN Tube, is a high-performance ceramic tube made from boron nitride (BN) powder. It is a white, highly crystalline material with a hexagonal lattice structure that gives it exceptional thermal and mechanical properties.

BN Tubes are produced using a hot-pressing process that involves applying heat and pressure to BN powder, resulting in a highly dense, uniform material with excellent strength and thermal conductivity.

BN Tubes are highly valued for their unique combination of properties, which include high thermal conductivity, excellent electrical insulation, low coefficient of friction, and resistance to thermal shock. These properties make BN Tubes ideal for use in high-temperature applications, such as furnace tubes, thermocouple protection tubes, and heating elements.

BN Tubes are also highly resistant to chemical attack and can withstand harsh chemical environments, making them an ideal material for use in chemical processing and semiconductor manufacturing.

BN Tubes are available in various sizes and lengths, ranging from thin-walled to thick-walled tubes, and can be customized to meet specific application requirements. They are also available in a range of shapes, including round, square, and custom shapes.

Boron Nitride Ceramics Specification

CG Material production formulations are developed to address the varied application problems in which ceramic components are commonly used. Many industrial applications push the envelope on specific requirements leading to the development of new formulations to successfully address them.
