Boron Nitride Ring, BN Ring

Boron Nitride Ring, BN Ring

Boron nitride ring, also known as BN ring, is a high-temperature ceramic ring made from boron nitride material. Boron nitride has excellent thermal and chemical stability, as well as high electrical insulation properties. BN rings are commonly used in high-temperature applications such as furnace fixtures, heat exchangers, and semiconductor processing.

BN rings are characterized by their high purity, low thermal expansion coefficient, and excellent thermal shock resistance. They have a wide operating temperature range, from room temperature to over 2000°C in air, and can also be used in vacuum and inert gas environments. BN rings are highly resistant to chemical attack, making them suitable for use in harsh chemical environments.

BN rings are available in various sizes and shapes, including round, rectangular, and custom shapes. They are often used as seals or spacers in high-temperature applications due to their excellent thermal and chemical stability. Additionally, BN rings are easy to machine and can be made into complex shapes for specific applications.

Boron Nitride Ceramics Specification

CG Material production formulations are developed to address the varied application problems in which ceramic components are commonly used. Many industrial applications push the envelope on specific requirements leading to the development of new formulations to successfully address them.
